My rates are so much more affordable here especially since I have so many vehicles and my deductible is where it needs to be now. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Insurance has always been a complicated hassle. The old company wasn't able to do what I wanted. My former agent told me it didn't make sense but they couldn't do it. He suggested I call Farmers. I dreaded making the call. I shouldn't have. My call was answered by a real person who knew what she was doing. I didn't have to talk to a blasted machine even once. Shay made it all extremely easy. She explained everything, made suggestions and told me the reasons behind them. She answered all my questions, even the dumb ones. I didn't need to reach for the ibuprofen bottle. I hope she didn't either. Fast response, excellent service, saved money and I got exactly what I wanted. What else can you expect.
